United in Spirit, Embracing the Future

Our company organized its annual review meeting of 2025 last week when all people were joyful. The meeting was an illustration of the dedication to hard work, the cordiality of teamwork and the concern towards every employee and their family. The business meetings were followed by entertaining curling games. The meeting included awards and children’s art projects. These events of the program brought the people together and allowed them to remember better what they had done in 2025.

The most memorable section of this year’s annual summary meeting was Personal Summary of an employee. Everyone was present in a room and instead of enlightening a prepared PowerPoint presentation, they simply shared what they were most proud of and what they regretted in 2025. Some narrated how the company won the Alibaba “Hundred Teams Battle” in March and they put effort to get better results and one of them mentioned “I just wanted to get first place, these are the memories we value most”. Others mentioned conflict when departments were working together and mentioned “We had arguments but we stuck together and completed a project-The feeling was incredible”. The new employees desired to be thankful to the experienced employees because they assisted them in transforming the “workplace novice” to an experienced one. 

 

Afterward, Director Wu led the people to examine what had been accomplished over the year: winning the Hundred Teams Battle of Alibaba in March, constant business growth, successful attendance at all exhibitions, establishment of a new factory, and many other achievements. Director Wu said, “Shipuller’s achievements are never the result of one person’s efforts, but the result of every colleague working together. Our company sees and appreciates every contribution you make.” 

 

The most delightful activity in this year’s summary meeting was the curling game. Colleagues who usually talk to clients at their worktables now became “curling experts” in their light sportswear. Before the game, all of them said, “We don’t know how to play,” but after they stepped onto the ice, they were all serious and concentrated: the discussions on strategies, the encouragement to each other after mistakes, the cheering after a score – every collision on the curling rink was a microcosm of surmounting every challenge in work life. There is no fighting alone, only working together. 

 

The much-awaited segment of “Outstanding Employee Recognition” was the climax of the annual meeting. When the host announced the names of the winners, the audience applauded spontaneously, and people stood up to applaud for the winners. Some of the employees recognized during the segment included the hardworking document specialists, the sales champions who had won the Alibaba “Hundred Teams Battle,” and the unsung heroes of the support staff. Each certificate of honor not only recognized the hard work of the employees for the year 2025 but also served to boost the fighting spirit of all the employees of Shipuller. During the acceptance speech of one of the employees who had won the recognition award, the employee had said, “This award is for the whole team; I could not have achieved this without the help of everyone.” This sentence by the employee had perfectly depicted the team spirit of the employees of Shipuller

 

What was most heartwarming was that the company had also prepared special benefits for the children of its employees. On that day, many colleagues brought their children to the meeting, and the company specially arranged a DIY cake activity. The children gathered together, wearing little aprons, and with teachers’ guidance, they spread cream and arranged fruits, enthusiastically making DIY cakes for their parents. Seeing children with happy faces, covered in cream, their parents took out their mobile phones to take a photo, and many colleagues said, “We’re usually so busy with work that we rarely have time to spend with our children. The company understands our needs.” 

 

In addition to the DIY cake activity, the company had organized a trip to the National Centre for Performing Arts. With the assistance of colleagues, the children experienced the splendor of this great theatre by entering the building, experiencing the artistic charm around them by exploring and discovering, and then sharing their discoveries with each other.

In 2025, we experienced steady growth in performance together, overcame difficulties together, and shared the harvest of growth together; in 2026, Shipuller staffs will continue to move forward side by side with this passion and warmth, with stronger conviction and a more pragmatic attitude, and overcome new challenges and create new glories.
